The story so far…

Truly French, and Parisians at heart, Danielle and Chloe, mother and daughter, are passionate about travelling. They have established a collection of rich unique textiles since their first trip to India in 1998 – when they fell in love with the country and all its facets: the rich traditions that go back thousands of years, the people and their marvellous heritage of craftsmanship.

After having travelled all over India, they returned home to France and decided to create their own exclusive brand - “NANA KI”. Nana ki began with a small, beautifully decorated, pink boutique in the famous Parisian quarter of Saint Germain des Prés.

Bringing to Paris a select range of traditional Indian products with a contemporary touch, Nana ki soon became wildly popular, with everybody rushing to discover this world of original textile ideas and fashion creations and accessories.

Encouraged by their success, Danielle and Chloe’s collections are a part of large professional exhibitions in Europe twice a year. As a consequence, the Nana ki brand has travelled overseas and is now well represented all around the globe.

Presently, while Chloe handles Nana ki in India, Danielle represents the brand in Paris and Europe. In 2005, Chloe became the mother of the delightful Lola, with her cute blond angel curls and irresistible blue eyes, who was born in New Delhi itself. The concept of “Lola’s World boutique”, dedicated to the childlike universe, was born with her!

After 3 years of having added to their decor, fashion and accessory collections, Nana ki has created a new clothes and accessories range for children – a blend of the smart Parisian fashion style with the ethnic Indian look.

In order to complete the “NANA KI Paris” baby and children collection, “Lola’s World” has selected some of the best European brands: Start Rite and Bensimon shoes; Toys: Corolle doll and Hello Kitty doll, the Madame Mo accessories creation, the Histoire d’ours and Moulin Roty teddy bears, Pylone gadgets, and many more…
